A week before the Ligue 1 kick-off against Lille, the Stade Rennais was held to a draw by Caen (1-1) for their final preparation friendly. Rennes scored first through Bangoura (34’), butCaen replied only 5 minutes later with a goal by El Arabi (39’). For this final test, Antonetti had decided to leave M’Vila and Montaño (banned for the first Ligue 1 game) on the bench. Souprayen, injured against Warsaw on Wednesday, was rested and left on the bench for this game.
This Saturday (19:00), Stade Rennais will play their final pre-season friendly against Caen, in Ouistreham. For this final rehearsal, the “Rouge et Noir” will have to show much more than they did last Wednesday against Legia Warsaw.

Trailing after a goal by Djordjevic (11’), Rennes grabbed a late equaliser through Tongo Hamed Doumbia (84’).
