Entered for the last thirty minutes against Nantes in the Coupe de la Ligue last week, Vincent Pajot was on the starting line-up yesterday for the first Ligue 2 game of the season.
Opposed to Clermont-Foot, Boulogne were held to a draw (1-1) even though they led until three minutes from the final whistle. Starting at midfield, Pajot showed much activity at recovering the ball, and featured in a couple of attacking moves by his team. Besides, the young Rennes holding midfielder received his first yellow card in professional football after a harsh tackle in the first half.
Next week, Boulogne-sur-Mer will travel to Angers in the Ligue 2’s second game week.
