Transfers: An interest on Erding

Since the departures of Asamoah Gyan and Ismaël Bangoura, rumours continue about the club’s research for a possible attacking joker.

After the case of Razak Boukari, which we relayed last Saturday (see previously), L’Équipe announces that the Stade Rennais has contacted the Paris Saint-Germain regarding their striker Mevlüt Erding.

Erding had already been targeted by the Rennes recruiters last year, but the Turkish international then preferred to sign in the capital. After a good first season in Paris (15 goals, 2 assists), Erding is experiencing more difficulties at the beginning of this season, with a real lack of efficiency in front of the goal (1 goal, 1 assist)

However, the newspaper also affirms that the PSG is not interested in parted way with their player, who still has three years left on his contract.
