Former players: Le Toux on trial in England

A true possibility, since the former Stade Rennais full-back is on trial since Wednesday at the Bolton Wanderers, currently in a difficult position in the Premier League with a nineteenth position just a point clear from last place.
After his training in Rennes, where he won the 2003 Gambardella Cup, Le Toux had joined the American soil four years later following a forgettable experience in Lorient. Recruited by Philadelphia Union in November 2009 from the Seattle Sounders, the players who earned the individual fair-play trophy twice in MLS totals twenty-five goals and twenty assists over the last two seasons.
At the moment, nothing says that the seven-day trial of Le Toux will result in a loan or a full transfer. However, it is sure that Bolton is closely monitoring the MLS championship, since Tim Ream, an American international, is waiting for a work permit to be delivered in order to join the Wanderers definitely and replace Gary Cahill, transferred to Chelsea during this winter transfer window.
