Dalmat and Pajot come back

Rested last week-end in Montpellier, Vincent Pajot and Stéphane Dalmat come back in the group for the match against Red Star Belgrade, on Thursday evening at the Stade de la route de Lorient. Although the return of Yacine Brahimi is impatiently expected, the attacking miedfielder is not yet operational, and will therefore miss his fifth consecutive match.

Two players are logically paying for the returns of Pajot and Dalmat. Tongo Doumbia and Abdoul Camara come out the group and will not play the European match. Frédéric Antonetti replaces an offensive solution with an additional midfielder, in comparison with his former selected groups.
Although no official explanation was given about these choices, it seems that they are not caused by the turn-over applied by Frédéric Antonetti since a week. According to our information, Doumbia and Camara have been left out of the squad for disciplinary reasons rather than for tacticalreasons. The left winger is currently training with the reserve team, since the beginning of the week. It remains to be seen whether this exclusion is a temporary sanction or a long-term move.

For Red Star Belgrade, Robert Prosinecki and his players arrived to Brittany this Wednesday and a training session at the Stade de la route de Lorient is planned on the evening.
Suspended for an accumulation of yellow cards, Brazilian midfielder Evandro is the main absent in the Serbian team. On the other hand, Kadu is back in the group. Injured at the ankle during the match against Stade Rennes, the Serbian goal scorer during the first match was rest last week-end. Finally, Prosinecki can rely on Ghanaian international Lee Addy, an important central defender of his team, who was injured last week.
